We welcome all those who are interested in our crafts and related textile crafts, whether you are an enthusiastic beginner or very skilled.  No booking is required to attend our meetings.  If you would like to meet fellow textile enthusiasts, or learn a new skill, just turn up and you will be warmly welcomed.  Our annual programme has a wide range of activities, from lectures and hands-on workshops to public demonstrations and an annual exhibition.  

The aims of our Guild are:
  • To further the skills and craftsmanship of the members.
  • To maintain a high standard of craftsmanship by organising lectures, workshops and exhibitions and issuing newsletters to members.
  • To co-operate with other like-minded organisations through affiliation with the Association of Guilds.
  • To keep our crafts alive in the public eye.
