How to find usBirmingham & District Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month at the Friends Meeting House, 23A Watford Road, Cotteridge, Birmingham, B30 1JB, usually from 10am to 4pm. See the programme for details of each upcoming meeting.
The Friends Meeting House is accessed through a car park directly off the high street / between shops (between a Poundstretcher shop & a hairdressers). The outer Circle number 11 bus stops just outside. King's Norton railway station and Pershore Road buses, numbers 45, 47 and 18, are very close by. |
Membership
Membership is £25.00 per year and runs from January until December (a part-year membership fee is available for new members joining May onwards). Each meeting then costs £2, including tea, coffee and cake. Children (7-16) may join for free with a full paying adult, however they must pay the full fee for paid-workshops when taking up a place, pay for refreshments, and must have an accompanying adult at meetings.

Visitors are always most welcome. There is a visitor charge of £6 to attend each meeting, which includes refreshments. See the Programme for details of upcoming meetings.
Non-members are welcome to attend workshops, if places are remaining, for £32 (+ £6 entrance fee on the day). Workshop fees must be received in advance to secure a workshop place.
