Hire terms
If you wish to borrow any equipment, please ask a member of the committee (or the person whose name appears alongside the item). To ensure an item of equipment is available at the next meeting, do contact the secretary or committee in advance.
A deposit of £35 (cash or cheque) will be held by the treasurer until the item in returned and there is a monthly 'rental' fee of £5 per calendar month to be paid in advance. Members can borrow equipment for a maximum of two months in the first instance, with the option to extend if no other guild members is waiting.
